DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st
Dues are $1,600 per quarter
POOL
Please NO DOGS in the Pool as this is a violation of the Sarasota County Health Department codes.
RATTLESNAKES
There have been 3 sightings reported thus far of very large rattlesnakes. Be very careful and watchful when out and about and keep an eye on your family and pets.
COVID-19
The Board encourages residents to be vigilant during these times and follow the CDC recommendations.
VENDOR NOTICE
Please have all vendors doing work at your residence park on your driveway and not along the street or common ground, as this causes damage to the irrigation and sod.
